• Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be written down or stored in an unsecured manner.
• Two-factor SMS authentication is available and strongly recommended for all gb99sonic accounts.
• gb99sonic will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.
• You must log out of your gb99sonic account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• gb99sonic reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including in connection with routine account security reviews.

All financial transactions on gb99sonic are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). • Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the gb99sonic support team or any other user of the platform.

gb99sonic reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any supplementary policy document incorporated herein.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or payment verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe following a verification request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
• A valid court order, legal obligation, or regulatory instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• The account holder's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure submitted via the responsible gaming tools or via email to [email protected].
• Extended account inactivity, defined as a period of twelve consecutive months or longer during which no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or game activity has been recorded on the account.

Where an account is closed at gb99sonic's discretion due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player, or closed by gb99sonic for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any outstanding verification or review process.

Players seeking to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons should use the self-exclusion feature in their account settings or request it directly via the same email address. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the minimum six-month exclusion period regardless of the reason provided.
